2. Overview

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a working website and to answer your enquiries. This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not build user profiles.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted on a server in the European Union. Each time you visit, the server automatically records technically necessary data: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and the browser used. This data is needed to deliver the website and to keep it secure, and is deleted after a short period. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website).

4. Ticket form (contact form)

When you send us a ticket, we process the details you enter: name, email address, optionally your company, the ticket and platforms you chose, your message and the language of the page. We use this data only to handle your enquiry and to prepare a possible project. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is stored on our server and deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for your enquiry, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Contact by email

If you write to us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.

6. Cookies and local storage

Visitors of this website receive no cookies. The site only remembers in your browser's local storage whether you prefer the board or the gallery view of our projects; this setting never leaves your device. A technically necessary session cookie is set only for logged-in administrators.

7. Videos (YouTube and Vimeo)

Some projects contain videos hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) or Vimeo. The video player is loaded only after you click "Play". Until then, no data is transmitted. After the click, the provider receives your IP address and technical information about your browser; YouTube is embedded in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (your consent by clicking).

8. Fonts

All fonts are stored on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or other font services is established.

9. Recipients

We do not sell or pass on your data. Data is only transferred to technical service providers (for example our hosting provider) to the extent necessary to operate the website, on the basis of data processing agreements.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw a given consent at any time with effect for the future. A short email to info@alitech.biz is enough.

11. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

12. Changes

We update this policy when the website or the legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
